Booking Terms & Conditions
Availability

Deposit
We accept all major credit cards with the exception of Diners and Amex. A deposit is needed to ensure your booking. Only after a deposit has been paid will a booking be confirmed.
Cancellation
Should you choose to cancel your booking you must notify us immediately. Your full deposit will only be refunded at our discretion if notice is given at least one month in advance of the date of your booking. If it is later than one month before your arrival date, we will endeavour to re-let the room/s on your behalf. If we are successful you will be refunded all monies paid minus a £15 administration fee.
Balance
The balance payable for your stay at the New Ing Lodge must be settled upon arrival.
Checking in and out
Your room will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your room by 11am on the day of your departure.
Towels and bedding
Towels and bedding are provided for Bed and Breakfast guests.
Pets
Dogs are welcome, except for bitches in season. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds, and they should not be left unattended in your room at any time.
Single Saturdays
Due to the nature of our small business we reserve the right not to accept single Saturday night bookings.
Babies and small children
We have a travel cot and high chair which you are welcome to use.
Right to Refuse Entry
Management maintain the right to refuse entry to any guest if they disrespect any staff member or other guests.
