New Ing Lodge offers comfort with a modern style in the Lake District National Park at an affordable price. We believe that a stay in the English Lake District should offer tranquility and serenity in a beautiful environment.

We offer camping for tents in the 2 acre paddock at the rear of the Lodge. Incidentally, the Lodge also offers bed and breakfast as well as Hostel bunkroom accommodation. There are toilets and showers, as well as a common room and small kitchen.

Camping is £4 per adult, £2 for children over 11, £1.50 for children between 5 and 11, and under 5’s are free. We offer reductions for larger groups and for longer stays, please enquire.

Should you want it, we can do breakfast and other meals for you Full Cumbrian Breakfast is £6, and a sausage, bacon, egg or bean sandwich is £4. There is a vegetarian option also. Packed lunches are £5. Evening meals by request.

We have mountain bikes for hire from the Lodge. The area is superb for biking with some of the best riding in the country. For our guests, we offer a special rate of £7 for a half day, and £12 for a full days hire. We will give you all the information you need about routes.

We can also help with other activities and local visits as well.
