“ New Ing lodge is a great place to bring the family after a hard days walk or a leisurely stroll around the lake district. The Lodge has plenty to do for young children asthey have a chicken pen, with young chicks and a very friendly dog too. We were lucky enough to get some free "free range" eggs from them too. With good food with big portions for a good price, why wouldnt you want to experience their home cooking and relax in front of a log fire and put your feet up watching t.v. Their enthusiasm to ensure you make the most of your time whilst in the eastern fells is second to none. With lots of local knowledge and no shortage of information. Campers welcome too.
