Kendal Calling

Cumbria Guitar Show at Rheged Visitor Centre

The Cumbria Guitar Show in it's 13th year now has become the North of England's premiere event for Guitar Enthusiasts. With a great line-up of top players on stage and in the informal demo room, a huge array of guitars old and new plus loads of amps effects and related gear to try out. Ortons Farmers Market

Orton farmers market is one of the few fully accredited farmers' markets in the Northwest. It attracts 35+ food, drink and craft producers from within a 50-mile radius, including several from the immediate area and runs on the second Saturday of every month. Refreshments are served in the market hall and at the village church and there are often cookery demonstrations, live music and other attractions.
